Using YouTube features
Video playback and the Control channel connection use YouTube services. By using these features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Operators must be authorized for the connected channel and approve replies before sending. Our privacy page explains data access and revocation.
Binding terms must match the actual services, service regions, operator, and applicable law after review.
Service scope
You can explore content and play YouTube rooms when their status is available. The shop, listener accounts, points and payments have not launched. Their terms will describe the actual services when ready.
Music, images, and stories
We must define how visitors may listen, read, share, or create from content while respecting each creator’s and rights holder’s interests.

If accounts or a community launch later, we will clearly describe signup, safety, moderation, reporting, and options when an account is restricted.
Products and payments
Sales and pre-order terms must show the seller, price, total payment, delivery estimate, and cancellation/refund rights before taking an order.

The operative version must state its effective date, how changes will be announced, and a real channel for complaints.
Before publishing an operative version, we must add the operator, effective date, real contact channel and workable processes, then review them against applicable law.
